Our tour is the perfect combination of sightseeing and great culinary adventures, tasting the most amazing treats of Hungarian cuisine: sweets, snacks, wine, and more.
We take you to a ruin bar to see how the Jewish District has formed in the last decades and became the bohemian quarter of the city.
Then walk along the colorful Kiraly Street to end up at the Vörösmarty square where we go into a 1800s coffee house. Here you can enjoy a traditional Hungarian cake.
Walking down the Váci Street, the main pedestrian area or shopping street, we visit a traditional pastry shop where you can taste the famous Hungarian chimney cake.
After the sweets comes some salty: we’ll introduce you to some great pairs of Hungarian paprika sausage accompanied with pickles. Nearby in the Central Market Hall we’ll have the chance to try some of the Hungarian salami, traditional cheesy scones, and strudels.
After the Market, the tour ends in a wine bar, where you can enjoy a nice glass of Hungarian wine.
