District VII / Jewish Quarter
The district is UNESCO protected housing World Heritage sights, such as the second largest synagogue of the World.
Visit includes the Synagogue building, the Raoul Wallenberg Memorial Garden and Jewish Cemetery. The moving monument of the Tree of Life, foundation of Tony Curtis. Historic streets and onetime communities. And still: this is a place of so much more than the past. We will cover two more functioning synagogues (outside visit), historical memorials and also have a taste of current happenings of the area.
Believe it or not this very quarter also houses most of Budapest street art and night life.
